Remodelling of a tired, detached property. Lostock, Bolton.

We constructed a 2 storey side extension and a single storey kitchen extension with structural alterations which opened up the entire rear of the property.

A featured metal staircase and glass balustrade was built. All landscaping of patios, driveways and lawns were included. Some design features of the property included K-rend, cladding, a Norstone porch and aluminium frames.
